At our store, we want to make sure your products arrive on time and in perfect condition. That's why we partner with Singpost and Speedpost, two reliable delivery services with a proven track record of on-time deliveries.

To ensure the freshness and quality of our seeds, we carefully pack and dispatch them within 1 to 3 days of receiving payment. Each package is vacuum-sealed to prevent moisture and contamination and then placed inside a bubble-wrapped envelope for added protection during transit.

We offer worldwide shipping with an affordable flat rate of 5 GBP. Please note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, there may be some delays in shipping times. If you prefer the added peace of mind, you can upgrade to our premium tracking service for 10 GP, which includes end-to-end tracking and insurance coverage.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or refund. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again soon.
