Terms of service
1. Orders
Orders submitted through this online shop can be made internationally and by Singapore citizens.
The process of ordering:
- selection of desired products
- transfer of the products into the cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button
- review of the products in the cart
- select checkout with PayPal
- submission of payment- invoice- and shipping data
- mandatory submission of the order by clicking on the “Place Order” button or any other confirmation form provided by the chosen payment option.
The presentation of products in our online-shop is a not legally binding offer. By submitting the order, you agree to a legally binding purchase contract.
2. Prices, Shipping costs and Payment
All prices include a 7% sales tax.
We have the right to change the pricing of our products at any time without given notice.
Shipping costs are to be added at GBP$3 for shipments within Singapore and GBP$10 for shipments internationally.
Payments are processed through PayPal Holdings Inc. You have the ability to pay using PayPal through our quick-checkout. Payments will be processed as soon as you click on the “Place Order” button.
Reservations of products are not possible.
3. Discounts
We may run seasonal discounts or special offers using codes. These codes can only be redeemed using the traditional checkout.
4. Delivery
Unless stated otherwise, all products offered by us are ready to be dispatched. Orders are usually processed within a week and are shipped solely on Mondays and/or Tuesdays. Orders which are placed by Saturday 2359 will be usually sent the next week, while orders placed afterwards will only be processed the following week. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a Nepseeds contract within 7 days without stating any reasons.
The withdrawal period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the plants/ seeds. For further details please have a look at our Right of Withdrawal.
6. Privacy Policy
All customer data will be carefully processed electronically. For further details please have a look at our Privacy Policy.
7. Place of jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
8. Retention of title
Up to the complete payment the commodity remains property of Nepseeds.
9. Warranty
The legal warranty applies.
10. Contract language
Contract languages are English.
Disclaimer
Germination of nepenthes seeds is quite difficult and may or may not germinate sometimes. We aim to supply you with the freshest seeds possible but there is no guarantee that they will germinate. Unfortunately no replacements of seeds will be made for no germination.
Packages lost in postage will not be replaced.
