Where are you based?

Hi, we are based in Singapore and the UK. We have nurseries where we grow our plants in both locations.

Can I get a phytosanitary certificate?

Yes, we can provide phytosanitary certificates. However, we recommend them only for plants and not for seeds. The process for obtaining a phytosanitary certificate is very expensive and time-consuming. It can cost up to 75GBP per certificate and take around 2 weeks to process with the authorities. Therefore, it is not feasible for customers to opt for it for seeds.

My seeds aren't viable and didn't germinate, can you do something?

We can arrange a reshipment of brand new fresh seeds. Please drop us an email at nepseeds@gmail.com with supporting information such as your order number and pictures of your seeds if possible. This will help us process your request quickly.

Why is my shipping taking so long?

We use local carriers such as SingPost to handle shipping, and they may pass the package to other carriers for final delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the entire shipping process and apologize if it sometimes takes longer than expected. However, please do not worry, as we can send replacements if the seeds do not become viable. Occasionally, shipments can get stuck in transit, and while we can't control this, we offer full reshipments. Just drop us an email at nepseeds@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant information you have, and we'll be happy to assist you.
